Requirements

  • Implementation and manage customer SLAs.
  • Maintain relationship with the key stake holders of customers.
  • Monitor and manage operational processes of Team Members.
  • Ensure Invoice processing and payments.
  • Train Team members on operational processes.
  • Interact with State Managers and Head of Operations to ensure deliverables to client.
  • Travel to various locations to ensure customer connect, customer satisfaction and new solutions requirement analysis.

Education:

Graduate / Engineer

Industry preference:

Telecommunication, Logistics, Projects
