Edge Computing

The Edge Computing Capability of the platform provides for multiple devices to be connected and orchestrated on the asset. The inputs from various types of devices including electronic locks, pressure devices, temperature devices, cameras, level and flow measurement devices, and access control devices are continuously monitored and controlled.

Storage & Communication

The edge computing capability allows for data to be stored locally and communicated to the server based on network availability. Smart storage and synchronization techniques are built into the platform. Multiple channels of communication are available and can be flexibly used depending on the requirement.

Local Rules

The smart edge computing capability allows for local rules to be implemented without having to wait for synchronization with the server. In addition to optimization, this allows for exceptions to be handled effectively.
