Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities within a designated geographic region. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and expand the customer base where our solutions can be effectively used. You will implement sales strategies, and foster relationships with key clients and partners. Business Development & Acquisition of new clients across various domains

Requirements

  • Engineering graduate with business management specialization.
  • Should have experience in solution selling.
  • Experience of 8 to 14 years in solution selling in B2B sector.
  • Knowledge of managing Business development initiatives on CRM application.
  • Expert in designing and presenting marketing collaterals to Clients.
  • Good communication skills
  • Should have worked for or should have knowledge of multiple business domains including IOT, AI, ML.

Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic plan for new business acquisition – with focus on short and long cycle of conversion.
  • Build connects across various domains with decision makers – with CXOs / decision makers.
  • Present used cases and solutions to customers to build a pipeline of prospects.
  • Participate in seminars & customer meets to create visibility of products and solutions – show case new R&D initiatives.
  • Maintain connects with existing customers – show case new products and solutions from a perspective of account mining and account enlargement.
