Qualified HR Practitioner with 10 to 12 years’ as Generalist HR The person can be from industries such as IT, ITES or Manufacturing Domain. Work from Corporate office in Thiruvanmiyur. Knowledge of Hindi will be preferred since our employee presence is across 120 cities / towns in India.
- Recruitment, HR Management from onboarding to separation.
- Focus on Employee Engagement.
- Create HR automation and devise SLAs for internal customers.
- Identify Internal Trainers and facilitate Training initiatives in the organisation.
- Manage Performance Review and Career Progression.
- Create Campus connects for hiring Diploma / Graduate Engineers as the organisation surges forward in the growth trajectory.
- Connect with Industry to bring in best practices contributing to wage assessment, employee retention strategies and performance related pay schemes.
- Connect with Employees across whole of India and handle queries effectively.
