- Implementation and manage customer SLAs.
- Maintain relationship with the key stake holders of customers.
- Monitor and manage operational processes of Team Members.
- Ensure Invoice processing and payments.
- Train Team members on operational processes.
- Interact with State Managers and Head of Operations to ensure deliverables to client.
- Travel to various locations to ensure customer connect, customer satisfaction and new solutions requirement analysis.
